# Ignitia Self-Export Terms

Ignitia Self-Export is a browser-based utility for analyzing a user's own exported data. You confirm that you have the right to provide the file and will follow the source platform's terms. Do not use the tool to scrape, infer, monitor, or collect another person's private information.

The MVP is provided as-is for testing. It does not authenticate to social platforms, bypass access controls, or promise compatibility with every export format. Results are descriptive, not identity verification, legal advice, employment screening, or a guarantee of platform compliance.

The current early-access cohort is free: no card is requested and no payment is taken. We will not represent a free cohort as a completed purchase. Any later paid offer requires clear price and material terms before checkout.

A production release requires a legal entity, governing law, support contact, accessibility review, platform-specific terms review, and a separate consumer refund/cancellation policy.
