# Ignitia Self-Export Privacy Notice

_Last reviewed: 2026-08-28. Experimental MVP; not legal advice._

## Scope
This MVP processes a file that you choose and provide from your own social account export. It is designed for personal-use analysis, not for collecting or discovering information about other people.

## Processing
The browser reads the selected JSON, CSV, or TXT file locally. The MVP does not send the file to a server, store raw content, create a social graph, scrape platforms, or request platform credentials. We may later add official OAuth connectors only after platform-specific review, least-privilege scopes, consent, revocation, deletion, and retention controls are implemented.

## Prohibited input
Do not upload another person's private data, passwords, access tokens, identity documents, financial information, health information, or confidential employer data. Remove unnecessary fields before import.

## Free cohort
The current cohort is free. We do not collect a card and no purchase is made. Any future paid feature must show its price, scope, renewal terms, cancellation route, and refund terms before an intentional purchase.

## Rights and contact
A production release needs a named legal entity, contact address, retention schedule, deletion workflow, processor list, and jurisdiction-specific notices before launch. This document is an MVP boundary, not a substitute for counsel.
